William Ansbrow has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. William served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Mary Cariola Children's Center since 2016, where they were responsible for managing a $41 million operating budget and establishing strategic financial plans. Before that, from 2012 to 2016, they held the same role at the Rochester City School District, overseeing an $800 million operating budget and leading a debt-funded Facility Modernization Plan. Mary Cariola Center is an independent, non-profit agency and is regarded as a leader in providing education, residential programs and other services for individuals with disabilities. The Center was the first in the nation to have a sensory room, and opened New York State’s first group home for children and youth with significant behavior management needs.
