Mary Engelbreit Studios, Inc., established in 1980, is a full-service licensor in the world of art licensing, and manages both the “Mary Engelbreit” and “Mary & Co.” brands – two of America’s premier brands.  

Mary, known for her distinctive authentic and relevant illustration style, and her team create art that is licensed to retailers and manufacturers the world over in the areas of greeting cards, gift products, home furnishings, stationery, calendars, fabric, and books ranging from gift, home décor, crafts, and cooking.  

These licensed products generate in excess of 200 million brand impressions annually worldwide.  MES has designed and sold over 50 million cards since the firm’s inception. The Company has over 200 products available at retail and has generated more than $1 billion in lifetime retail sales for its licensing partners.

The Studio creative team also provides creative services and product development for our licensees in order to grow the business.  The remaining members of the company manage the licensing operations and relationships, daily business needs, and our viral exposure and business (including the direct-to-consumer sales via the website).
