Kelsey Mroz

Kelsey Mroz currently serves as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, a position held since February 2017, following roles as Revenue Cycle Analyst and Medical Biller within the same institution. Responsibilities include assisting in the integration of clinical systems, auditing and training new employees, and ensuring compliance with billing requirements. Kelsey also has experience from an internship at Spectrum Health, which involved shadowing executives and participating in rapid improvement events, as well as early career roles as a Pre-K Instructor at Pinecone Daycare and Preschool and a Sports Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids. Kelsey is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Davenport University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Baker College.
