Jo-El Sprecher

Jo-el Sprecher, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC, CPHQ, CPXP, currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience and Patient Safety at Mary Greeley Medical Center, a position held since October 2010. Previously, Jo-el held various roles within the same institution, including Inpatient Nursing Director for Oncology and Medical-Surgical departments, Nursing Manager for Medical-Telemetry and Oncology, as well as Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse. Prior experience includes positions as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Community and McFarland Clinic PC. Jo-el's educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from LSU Shreveport, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Allen College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Upper Iowa University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Des Moines Area Community College.
