Ryan Rives

Ryan Rives is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader, currently serving as the Founder of Agility to Elevate, Inc since December 2015. Rives is also a Million Dollar Prestige Circle of Excellence Senior Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics, a role held since June 2019. Previously, Rives worked as Vice President of Business Development at Centerpost Media from September 2021 to April 2023, focusing on content marketing across various platforms. In addition to advisory roles and sales leadership positions at Mary Kay, Rives contributed to the development of a Women's Cardiac Program at Covenant Heart Institute from July 2001 to July 2006. Rives holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health at Texas A&M University.
