Conduct Parties and Presentations
On the fun side, I provide home beauty parties. Such parties provide opportunities to demonstrate products and present informational literature to guests. In some cases, our parties have a theme, while others are generally informative and allow the guest to enjoy all the great benefits of our services. 

Recruit
In addition, I recruit new members who, in turn, are looking to be part of our team with goals to create a fun hobby, generate extra income as a part time, or simple reach financial success by becoming a Mary key Independent Consultant like my self

Mentoring
As a Mary Kay Independent consultants, I just don’t only encourage clients in their beauty regimen, but I also mentor novice consultants and coach them to success while encouraging a team’s atmosphere.  We all succeed as a team.
