Previous roles at Mary Kay include positions in product marketing, corporate brand strategy, and global consumer marketing. Prior to this, Ivy held the Vice President of Marketing position at the National Association of Asian American Professionals - DFW Chapter from December 2010 to January 2013, and spent over 13 years at Procter & Gamble in various marketing roles, including Customer Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager. Ivy Sam holds a degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, earned between 1993 and 1997.
