Jorge Montero

Jorge Montero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Global Product Manager at Mary Kay Global since April 2006, Montero has held multiple roles, including Supervisor of Technical Support Experience and Senior Internet Support Specialist. Previously, Montero worked at North Lake College from May 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included tutoring students in Cisco Certification programs and organizing classes for varying skill levels. Additionally, Montero gained experience as a Network Engineer Level II at Apex Systems, managing a vast WAN and LAN network with over 40,000 devices for Citi Bank. Montero holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science in Network and System Administration from Dallas College North Lake Campus.
