Larissa Thompson

Larissa Thompson (Vogelaar), CCP, GRP, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced compensation and benefits professional with a strong background in international compensation management. Larissa has held various roles at Mary Kay Global since May 2013, including International Compensation Manager and Sr International Compensation Analyst. Prior to that, Larissa worked at Hitachi Consulting as a Compensation Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing a reward program and conducting compensation surveys. Earlier experience includes roles as Benefits Administrator at Dave & Buster's, where Larissa utilized PeopleSoft for benefits administration and developed executive benefit reports, as well as serving as a World Mission Intern at Bel Air Presbyterian Church, and as a Program Coordinator for New Hope International in Ukraine. Larissa holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University.
