Sara Plasek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent programs and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Programs Specialist at Mary Kay Global, Sara specializes in the strategy, design, and management of global talent and organizational development programs. Prior to this role, Sara spent over 16 years at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing people programs, recruiting operations, and employee referral initiatives, along with holding various HR business partner positions across multiple industries.
