Shawn Shutt Sr

Shawn Shutt Sr began their work experience at Memorial Health, formally known as Memorial Hospital of Union County, in 1998 as a Senior PC Technician. Shawn then joined 1Source Technologies in 2004 as an Information Systems Consultant, providing technical support and account management for small and medium-sized companies. In 2006, Shawn became a Server Administrator at American System Computer Industry (ASCI) before joining Mary Rutan Hospital in 2008 as a System Engineer. At Mary Rutan Hospital, Shawn was responsible for optimizing support response time, consulting with vendors for project execution and system upgrades, and providing organizational support for a complex server environment. Shawn successfully implemented new technologies, such as VMware and Cisco security products, to establish a more efficient and secure operating environment. Shawn also implemented SAN/NAS storage solutions to optimize storage resources and reduce costs. Shawn contributed to the implementation of an HER/EMR system organization-wide, enhancing clinical workflow and patient care.

Shawn Shutt Sr attended Franklin University from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Community College, majoring in Owens Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology.
