Sean T. Barden is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mary Washington Healthcare.
Sean’s healthcare finance experience began at Bon Secours/DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, VA. He went on to hold numerous Vice President and Finance positions over the years, including serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest, Illinois before joining Mary Washington Healthcare in 2007.
Sean received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University.
Sean has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 1986 and holds its Certified Healthcare Financial Professional designation. He was named CFO of the Year by Virginia Business Magazine in 2017.
