Board Governance

The Board Governance team at Maryhaven is responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and providing support and guidance to the executive leadership. Comprised of a diverse group of members including a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and multiple board members, the team collaborates to develop policies, approve budgets, and advocate for the mission of improving treatment for addiction and mental illness in Central Ohio. Their leadership fosters transparency, accountability, and community engagement in all aspects of the organization's governance.
