Deirdre Cornell

Deirdre Cornell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in editorial work, education, and community service. Currently serving as Managing Editor and Associate Editor for Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, Deirdre engages in content creation for a faith-based award-winning magazine. Additionally, Deirdre contributes as a Resource Person for The Grail International Women's movement, leading spiritual reflections for young women. With a long-standing commitment to supporting farmworkers through roles at Reaping the Harvest, Inc. and Mision Guadalupana, Deirdre also has a notable background in adult faith formation as an instructor at Instituto Felix Varela. As an award-winning columnist and book author, Deirdre has received multiple honors from the Catholic Press Association. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Religion and Culture from the Graduate Theological Union and a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology and Writing from Smith College.
