Colleen Waterfield

Colleen Waterfield is the Administrative Director for Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. In her role at MARC, Colleen is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of the MARC administrative team, including MARC’s Medical Services Coordinator, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant. She works closely with the other members of the MARC management team, offers insight into the daily operations of the program, supervises the administrative team, and monitors the administrative processes, policies, and procedures of the MARC administrative workflow.

Colleen initially joined Maryland Addiction Recovery Center in 2015 and has previously held the positions of Therapist Assistant, TA Weekend Supervisor, Alumni Coordinator, and Medical Services Coordinator. Prior to joining the MARC team, Colleen worked in the recovery field as the manager of a women’s sober living residence for the group One Promise where her responsibilities included providing live-in supervision to the house residents, organizing recovery activities, and providing guidance, support, and resources for clients in areas of daily living and early recovery. Colleen is passionate in her commitment to helping those struggling with addiction which is driven by her own personal experience with addiction recovery. In her downtime, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, and watching football.
