Jacqueline Neubauer

Support Services Specialist at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center

Jacqueline Neubauer is the Support Services Specialist at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. In her role at MARC, she provides ongoing specialty support for patients and the Therapist Assistant team, as well as aids in communication and coordination between the TA team and other departments, such as medical, clinical, and compliance. Additionally, Jacqueline works with the MARC Human Resources department to spearhead the training of all new Therapist Assistant staff members during the onboarding process. Prior to her current role, Jacqueline began her career as a Therapist Assistant (TA) at MARC in June of 2018, working directly with patients and offering them guidance in their journey of early recovery. She then was promoted to the Weekend Evening Supervisor of the TA staff before then becoming the Weekend TA Supervisor. Jacqueline has always had the desire to help others and once she found personal long-term recovery she realized the best way to do that was by helping others find a similar path in freedom from addiction. Jacqueline is a Registered Peer Supervisor (RPS.)
