In his role, Larry supervises to TA recovery support staff during the regular evening shift, offering safety, guidance, and support to MARC patients. His primary goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for current MARC patients while making sure the evening therapist assistant staff is given the necessary support and direction to provide the best possible patient care and experience. Prior to MARC, Larry worked as an Internal Affairs Detective for the Baltimore Police Department. Turning to a career in behavioral healthcare, Larry began as a Therapist Assistant at MARC and was quickly promoted to the role of Weekend Evening TA Supervisor, before taking on his current role.
