Rachel Goodman, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst at Faith Group, LLC. In August 2011, they also joined the Maryland Aviation Administration as a Technical Advisor. Rachel later assumed the role of Chief, Airport Technology & Innovation at the same company in April 2023. Their experience includes expertise in airport technology and innovation as well as business analysis.
Rachel Goodman, PMP, CSM has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021. In addition, they have also earned a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Simplilearn in May 2021. Rachel is currently pursuing an Innovation Strategy Certificate at Cornell University, which is expected to be completed by 2022.

In 2018, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that BWI Marshall Airport produces a total economic impact of $9.3 billion. The airport and visitors generate and support more than 106,000 jobs throughout Maryland and the region. BWI Marshall Airport was recognized as Best Airport in North America by Airports Council International World (ACI World) for 2020. Martin State Airport is an important transportation and economic development asset, located in Middle River, about 10 miles from downtown Baltimore. Martin State Airport serves and supports a broad variety of aviation services including corporate and private aviation activities, flight training, recreational, aviation maintenance, law enforcement, and military operations of the Maryland Air National Guard.
