Director Of Continuing Legal Education at Maryland State Bar Association – MSBA

Andrea Terry has over 20 years of work experience in the legal and mediation fields. Andrea started their career as the Harford County Community Mediation Program Coordinator for Harford County Government, where they worked until 2001. Andrea then became the Quality Assurance Manager for the District Court of Maryland ADR Office until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Andrea worked as a Mediator/Trainer for their own practice, before joining the Maryland Institute of Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) as the Chief Program Attorney. In 2010, they became the Director of Continuing Legal Education for the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), where they developed and managed the department to deliver essential education for Maryland attorneys. Throughout their career, Andrea has successfully developed and managed numerous programs and initiatives in the legal and mediation fields.

Andrea Terry earned their Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. in Communications at Virginia Tech.
