Sharon Markley Schreiber

Sharon Markley Schreiber is the Executive Director of the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education, where efforts focus on workforce development, K-12 education initiatives, and creating pathways for students into high-demand careers. Prior to this role, Schreiber served as Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Baltimore Committee, overseeing a significant merger with the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore. With experience as COO for the Economic Alliance, Director of Education and Innovation at the Maryland Department of Commerce, and Executive Vice President at EAGB, Schreiber has a strong background in economic development and marketing. Educational credentials include a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a management certificate from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
