Program Management

The Program Management team at the Maryland Coalition of Families (MCF) oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support families dealing with behavioral health challenges. This team ensures that services are effectively delivered, coordinates resources, and maintains communication between stakeholders to enhance the experience of caregivers and youth. They also gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and advocate for necessary changes in the systems that impact the families they serve.
