David Ferguson

David Ferguson is a Senior Engineer at Maryland Environmental Service, where David is responsible for engineering, construction management, and site maintenance at the Masonville Dredged Material Containment Facility and Masonville Cove Learning Center. David previously held positions such as Project Manager at CISS Inc., CollabraLink Technologies, Inc., and 21CT, where David led various teams on different projects. David also has experience as an Executive Pastor at Oak Ridge Community Church. David holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical Concentration from the University of Maryland, and has additional certifications in Project Management.
