Hattie Crosby has over 19 years of work experience in procurement and contracts. Hattie currently serves as the Chief of Procurement and Contracts at Maryland Environmental Service since June 2014. Prior to this, Hattie worked as a Procurement Supervisor at Maryland General Assembly for 8 years, where they managed a Procurement Unit responsible for procuring Information Technology Services and technological equipment.
