Jessica Riesett

Jessica Riesett has over 16 years of experience in environmental management, currently serving as the Deputy Division Chief of Technical & Environmental Services at Maryland Environmental Service since October 2007. In this role, Jessica oversees program management and technical aspects of agency projects, managing over $50 million in contracts and intergovernmental agreements. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Specialist at EMG and Environmental Portfolio Coordinator at TLB, where Jessica also held the position of Geologist. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Studies from Towson University.
