Marni Dolinar

Managing Director, Environmental Dredging & Restoration at Maryland Environmental Service

Marni Dolinar has served in many capacities at MES since 1990, including Senior Engineer, Environmental Dredging and Restoration (EDR) Deputy Division Chief, and most recently as the EDR Division Chief. Ms. Dolinar has a strong focus on customer service and providing technically sound and cost-effective solutions. She leads a strong team providing environmental and technical services on many projects across the State of Maryland and throughout the watershed of the Chesapeake Bay. Her past experiences at MES include project and budget management, permitting, engineering and environmental support for restoration, dredging, construction, and remediation projects, as well as, operations and maintenance of dredged material and hazardous waste management facilities. Ms. Dolinar holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
