Todd Boulden

Todd Boulden, a CAPM and MBA candidate, currently serves as the Environmental Systems Regional Supervisor at Maryland Environmental Service, a position held since December 2017, after previously working as the Environmental Systems Assistant Regional Supervisor. Prior to this role, Todd was employed at USDA-ARS as a W/WW Operator from December 2014 to December 2017 and began at Maryland Environmental Service in September 2007 as a Senior Environmental Systems Operator. Todd is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to complete in December 2024, and holds a Certificate in Project Management from the same institution, earned between February 2020 and October 2022.
