Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Volunteer Program at Maryland Food Bank, Douglas previously held roles such as Volunteer Coordinator at Oregon Food Bank and Youth Ministry Director at Milwaukie Presbyterian Church. With a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, Douglas has a passion for community service and creating positive environments for students and volunteers.
