Andrew Ratner

Andrew Ratner is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations and strategic planning. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since September 2014, Andrew advises senior management on strategic planning and formulates strategies to enhance the agency's brand and value.
