Anna Yankova

Anna Yankova holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in governance and international affairs. Currently serving as PMO Governance at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since September 2017, Anna coordinates with the CIO, implements IT project standards, and manages program-level risks and lessons learned. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at DMI, Director of International Affairs for the Office of the Secretary of State of Maryland, and various positions within the Mayor's Office focusing on immigrant and international affairs. Anna's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland, a study abroad program at the University of Oxford, and advanced degrees in International Relations and Foreign Languages.
