Mir Saleem Ellahi Pgmp

Mir Saleem Ellahi PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP is an experienced program manager currently leading the Program Management Office at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since November 2021. Previously, Mir held program management roles at Select Computing, Inc., where the focus was on a large Fiscal Transfer Agent program migration, and at Laureate International Universities. Mir's extensive background includes over a decade with the Maryland State Highway Administration, managing multiple projects within a $35M program, alongside a variety of project management roles in software implementation and civil engineering while serving in the Pakistan Army. Mir holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
