Raghuram Potluru

Raghuram Potluru is an experienced project manager currently working at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since October 2021, following a distinguished academic career as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham from May 1997 to November 2021. Raghuram holds a PhD in Modeling and Assessment of Supply Chain Responsiveness and is interested in industry-relevant projects and technical consultancy in Lean Management, productivity improvement, and supply chain management. Prior to academia, Raghuram contributed as an Assistant Manager in Operations at Multifacet Consultants Private Limited, implementing maintenance schedules and optimizing equipment efficiency, and as a Design Engineer at Macon Engineers, leading design and manufacturing processes for specialized machinery. Raghuram's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Production Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, along with foundational education at Sainik School.
