Kerstin Rivkin has a diverse background in event and catering sales. Kerstin started as the Director of Catering at HILTON Columbia in 1997 and held that position until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Kerstin worked as a Special Events Sales Manager at Palms Casino Resort. In 2012, they became the Director of Catering at Sheraton Baltimore North for a brief period. After that, Kerstin joined Maryland Live Casino as a Senior Event & Catering Sales Manager in 2013, where they continued to plan and service large events. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Event & Catering Sales at Maryland Jockey Club, where they are responsible for prospecting and selling non-traditional function spaces for various occasions. Throughout their career, Kerstin represented their companies within the Maryland Hospitality and Tourism community through networking events and conferences.
Kerstin Rivkin obtained a Master's degree in Hotel Management & Business from Hotelfachschule Bad Woerishofen, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
