Willa Suter has extensive experience in aquatics management, currently serving as the Aquatics Safety and Compliance Specialist, Aquatics Regional Manager, and Aquatics Facility Manager for the M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George's County since September 2020. Prior to this role, Willa was the Aquatics Director and Aquatics Coordinator at Reston Association from November 2009 to September 2020, overseeing the management of multiple outdoor seasonal pools and a large staff. Additional experience includes serving as Pool Manager for the City of Manassas/Manassas Museum System and holding roles at Starbucks as Shift Supervisor/Barista and at George Mason University as a Lifeguard/Head Lifeguard. Willa is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Recreation Administration at George Mason University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies, and an Associate of Science in Parks and Recreation from Northern Virginia Community College.
