Adeleke Adesokan

Adeleke Adesokan has a diverse range of work experience in the IT and security field. ADELEKE began their career in 2007 as the Head of IT & Strategy Planning at Oasis Insurance PLC. ADELEKE then worked as a PC Technician/Network Analyst at TTL Telecommunications from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they joined Amazon as a Project Lead/AWS Network Security Analyst. ADELEKE later worked at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a VOIP Implementation Engineer in early 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Regional Lead Security Infrastructure Engineer at PM Hotel Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior IT Security Vulnerability Assessment Lead at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Adeleke Adesokan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Lagos State University from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology from 2012 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Adeleke obtained several from reputed institutions. ADELEKE earned the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certification from CompTIA in November 2022. In January 2020, they obtained the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification. In December 2018, they acquired the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
