Jacquelyn Councill

Jacquelyn Councill, MBA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Corporate Accountant II at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jacquelyn worked at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) from November 2007 to August 2023, holding positions as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant III.
