Zachary Banham

Zachary Banham is a highly skilled Senior Geographic Information Systems Specialist at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since August 2020, where responsibilities include creating GIS maps and maintaining a GIS layer database to support community planning efforts. Prior experience encompasses a Research Intern role at UMBC Geography and Environmental Systems, where urban tree canopy data was analyzed, and a GIS Intern role at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, focusing on geographical data for census and planning. Additional experience includes event coordination at UMBC Events and educational roles at the Annapolis Maritime Museum.
