Christopher Wise

Christopher Wise serves as the State Integration Officer at the Maryland Department of Emergency Management, where responsibilities include leading the Maryland After Action Report program and supporting EMAP accreditation efforts. With extensive experience in the Maryland National Guard as an Aviation Officer, Christopher oversees significant government assets and personnel while also performing flight operations. Additional roles include a HAZMAT Technician at Environmental Management Systems Inc., where interpretation of environmental policies and spill response coordination were key duties, and prior contributions to academia as a Learning Assistant and Student Assistant. Christopher holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sustainability and Human Ecology from the University of Baltimore, supplemented by an Undergraduate Certificate in Biomanufacturing from Montgomery College.
