Carly Chafey is an experienced project manager currently working at Maryland Nonprofits since May 2022. Previously, Carly served as a senior program coordinator at Jhpiego from August 2018 to May 2022 and as a program assistant for Responsible Finance at The SEEP Network from March 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included operational support for programs promoting consumer protection in microfinance. Carly's background also includes coordinating an internship program at The Fund for American Studies and serving as an education volunteer with the Peace Corps in Mozambique. Holding a master's degree in management from Loyola University Maryland and a bachelor's degree in International Relations, Economics, and Italian Studies from Bucknell University, Carly has demonstrated a commitment to nonprofit work and community service throughout the career.
