John Pszeniczny is an experienced design professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in graphic design, branding, and marketing. As the owner of xnodesign.com since January 2002, John has led a design firm specializing in brand development, product design, and marketing across various mediums. John's career includes significant roles such as Designer/Animator at Maryland Public Television and Creative Director at Ideaworks Marketing and Design, where leadership involved managing teams and developing innovative marketing concepts. Previous positions include Art Director at WFSB TV 3 and WTKR-TV 3, and Broadcast Designer at WNEP-TV 16, where John focused on shaping the on-air visuals of broadcast stations. Early career experience included product design for Royal Sound, Inc. and art direction at Kleer Pak, Inc. John holds a BA in Graphic Design from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
