Fallon Armstrong

Fallon Armstrong is an experienced executive coordinator currently with the Maryland Stadium Authority since December 2019. Previously, Fallon served as Executive HR Manager for Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc., overseeing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee satisfaction, policy formulation, and payroll management. Fallon's earlier roles included positions such as Executive HR Assistant at Ross Stores, Inc., and Executive Assistant at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where responsibilities included managing executives' schedules, travel coordination, and HR documentation. Fallon's career began with the U.S. Department of Labor as an Administrative Assistant/Project Manager and included work as a Database Assistant at General Dynamics. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from Stevenson University.
