Patrick Marshall Cebs

Patrick Marshall, CEBS, possesses extensive experience in employee benefits management and compensation programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Benefits and Compensation Programs at the Maryland State Education Association since April 2016, Patrick previously held roles including Associate Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Systems at the American Diabetes Association, and Benefits Coordinator at Omni Hotels. Early career experience includes positions at the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the Plumbers & Pipefitters National Pension Fund. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Bowie State University and an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.
