Tina Dove

Tina Dove is an experienced education advocate and organizational specialist with a robust background in policy and equity advocacy. Currently serving as an Organizational Specialist and Equity Organizer at the Maryland State Education Association since January 2017, Tina has previously held significant roles including Founder of TND Consulting from January 2013 to January 2017, Senior Policy Associate at the Alliance for Excellent Education from September 2013 to October 2016, and Director of Programs for the National Opportunity to Learn Campaign at the Schott Foundation for Public Education from May 2011 to December 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Public Policy--Advocacy at the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development from April 2007 to April 2011, and an internship at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in 1994. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Secondary Social Studies from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
