Megan Mahowald

Megan Mahowald currently serves as the Founding Program Director and Professor at Marymount University, beginning this role in May 2024. Prior to this position, Megan held various roles at Minnesota State University, Mankato from May 2014 to May 2024, including Interim Associate Dean of the College of Allied Health & Nursing, Director of Clinical Operations in the same college, and Professor. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Visiting Assistant Professor at Indiana University from June 2011 to May 2014 and working as a Speech Language Pathologist for Minneapolis Public Schools from December 2003 to June 2011. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts (MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
