Elizabeth Hamilton, MPH, CPHQ has a diverse background in healthcare and public health. Elizabeth Hamilton, MPH, CPHQ has an extensive education history in the field of public health. Elizabeth obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University, graduating in 2025. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Biostatistics from Florida International University between 2010 and 2012. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Behavior, with a focus on Public Health, from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Elizabeth has obtained several certifications. Elizabeth is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ), certified by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Elizabeth received this certification in both January 2021 and October 2019. Furthermore, Elizabeth has certification in HIV/AIDS 104/500/501 Counseling and Testing, as well as HIV/AIDS OraQuick Testing, both obtained through the Florida Department of Health.
