Elizabeth Hamilton

Elizabeth Hamilton, MPH, CPHQ has a diverse background in healthcare and public health. Elizabeth is currently working as the Vice President of Quality and Research at Mary's Center, where they lead the research strategy and oversees the Quality and Outcomes Department. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality and Outcomes at Mary's Center.

Elizabeth also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Attribute Health Solutions and as the Director of Quality Improvement at Howard Brown Health. Elizabeth has worked as a Consultant/Program Manager at Kairos Worldwide, where they managed state partner operations for a hospital innovation improvement initiative.

Additionally, Elizabeth has experience in project management and community liaison roles in the healthcare and public health sectors. Elizabeth has worked at Behavioral Science Research Corporation, where they supported the Miami-Dade HIV/AIDS Partnership, and at Resources To Empower, Inc., where they served as the Founder and CEO, developing and implementing adult literacy programs.

Elizabeth has also participated in fellowship programs at Florida International University, focusing on research and grant writing in the areas of HIV/AIDS and substance abuse. Elizabeth has worked as a Research Assistant at Florida International University's Stemple School of Public Health and Social Work.

Lastly, Elizabeth has experience as an HIV testing and treatment counselor at Care Resource and as a Wellness Coordinator and Student Supervisor at the University of Florida's Living Well UF Faculty Wellness Center.

Elizabeth Hamilton, MPH, CPHQ has an extensive education history in the field of public health. Elizabeth obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University, graduating in 2025. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Biostatistics from Florida International University between 2010 and 2012. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Behavior, with a focus on Public Health, from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Elizabeth has obtained several certifications. Elizabeth is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ), certified by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Elizabeth received this certification in both January 2021 and October 2019. Furthermore, Elizabeth has certification in HIV/AIDS 104/500/501 Counseling and Testing, as well as HIV/AIDS OraQuick Testing, both obtained through the Florida Department of Health.
