Yolonda Stradford

Yolonda Stradford is a Senior Vice President and Federal Government Relations Policy Lead with Bank of America. Yolonda joined Bank of America’s in 2003. Prior to joining the Public Policy team in Washington DC, Yolonda was a Senior Relationship Manager in the Global Commercial Bank, working with national Not-For-Profit organizations and private Higher Education institutions in the Washington DC area. Before that, she spent her career in Chicago, IL covering Middle Market companies with revenues between $50 Million and $2 Billion. Her 19 year career includes various roles in credit and relationship management. Before joining Bank of America, Yolonda spent 5 years with Cambridge Associates in Arlington, VA, working with global consultants to support nonprofits, endowments, and high net worth individuals. Yolonda holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, a BS degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maryland College Park, and is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed. She serves on the boards of the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) and Mary’s Center, and the Advisory Council for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She also volunteers with a number of organizations across the Greater Washington region.
