Akanksha Maurya

Akanksha Maurya, PhD, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Maryville University of Saint Louis since August 2023. Previously, Akanksha held dual roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Missouri University of Science and Technology from August 2017 to August 2023. Prior to academic positions, Akanksha worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys from September 2013 to June 2016. Akanksha completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2023, following a Master's Degree in the same field from the same institution in 2018. Akanksha earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gautam Buddha University in 2012 and completed senior secondary education at Hillwoods Academy in 2007.
