Dr. C. Oliver Tacto

Dr. C. Oliver Tacto, DSW, MSW, MPH, CHES®, currently serves as Chair of the Health and Well-being Executive Leaders Section at the American College Health Association and Dean of Student Wellness at Maryville University of Saint Louis. With a wealth of experience in higher education and public health, Dr. Tacto has held significant roles such as Associate Director of Media and Assessment at the University of Southern California and Assistant Dean of DEI & Director of Student Engagement and Wellbeing at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Tacto's expertise encompasses health promotion initiatives, student wellness, and community health assessments, underpinned by advanced degrees in social work and public health from the University of Southern California, and a history of active involvement in various health and wellness organizations.
