Leilani Carver-Madalon

Leilani Carver-Madalon, Ph.D., is a Full Professor of Strategic Communication and Leadership at Maryville University of Saint Louis, where academic contributions have spanned 15 years, including roles as Director of undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to academic responsibilities, Carver-Madalon operates Carver & Company Consulting, LLC, providing keynote speaking, consulting, and executive coaching services. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Basic Course Director at the University of Kansas, Project Manager at the American Public Works Association, and curriculum developer and instructor in China.
