Rachel Hughes

Rachel Hughes is the Owner and Primary Clinician at Connect Counseling and Consulting since January 2020, where extensive expertise in mental health and counseling is applied. As Associate Faculty at Maryville University of Saint Louis, Rachel has taught various psychology courses since January 2015, focusing on topics such as Statistical Inference and Multicultural Psychology. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Training at Antioch University Seattle and Program Manager at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, highlighting a broad background in both clinical supervision and program implementation. Rachel holds a PhD in Medical Family Therapy from Saint Louis University, complemented by a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology.
