Ray Edwards

Ray Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, human resources, and business consulting. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Maryville University of Saint Louis since 2019, Ray also acts as a Business Coach for SCORE Mentors, providing strategic guidance to small business clients. As an Executive Consultant at Dyad Consulting Group, Ray assists startups and established businesses in achieving operational success through strategic consulting and coaching. Prior leadership roles include CEO and President of AAIM Employers’ Association, where Ray managed organizational growth, and Vice President of Administration and Operations Support at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc., contributing to significant revenue and employee expansion. Additional experience encompasses strategic HR leadership at Cooper Bussmann and consulting roles for the State of Colorado and the US Army. Ray Edwards holds a Doctor of Management degree in Strategic Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies from Webster University and multiple degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder.
